This is Old Old Celine, from the Michael Kors era (1997–2004), long before the minimal Phoebe years everyone talks about. Back then Celine was polished and a little bit bourgeois, and the Macadam monogram, the house's interlocking logo print, was its signature. This shoulder bag puts that print on blue denim, trims it in rich chocolate leather and cinches the front with a chunky gold-tone buckle. The rolled handles sit perfectly on the shoulder. Vintage Macadam has become a cult pick for girls who want a monogram nobody else is wearing, and the denim versions are the hardest to find.
