1. Introduction

Welcome to Aspect, operated by Tamek General Trading and Contracting Company W.L.L. (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use or access Aspect.

Aspect is a curated consignment platform for pre-owned fashion items. Each item listed for sale is unique and may show signs of previous ownership.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or submitting a consignment request.

3. Products and Authenticity

All items available on Aspect are pre-owned and listed by trusted sellers. We carefully review submissions for quality, accuracy, and presentation before publishing them online.

Aspect does not currently offer authentication services. The responsibility for the accuracy and authenticity of each item lies with the seller. Buyers are encouraged to review product descriptions and photos carefully before completing a purchase.

Aspect does not represent or claim any official partnership or affiliation with the brands featured unless explicitly stated.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments must be made through the approved payment methods available at checkout. Aspect reserves the right to modify prices, correct errors, or withdraw items from sale at any time prior to order confirmation.

5. Orders and Fulfillment

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Orders are processed after successful payment verification. Aspect reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inventory errors.

6. Return & Relisting Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an item has been purchased.

If you wish to part with your item after receiving it, you may request to relist it on Aspect. To be eligible, the item must remain in the same condition as received, and the relist request must be submitted within seven days of delivery. Once approved, the item can be returned to Aspect for review and photography under our standard consignment process.

Aspect reserves the right to decline a relist request if the item’s condition has changed or if it no longer aligns with our curation standards. By completing a purchase on Aspect, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

7. Consignment Terms

By submitting an item for consignment, you confirm that you are the lawful owner and that all information provided, including brand and condition, is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Aspect reviews each submission for quality and relevance before listing. While we do not authenticate items, we reserve the right to remove or suspend listings if authenticity is questioned or if an item does not meet our quality standards.

Commission fees, payout schedules, and consignment terms are communicated to sellers during the consignment process and may vary depending on category and item value.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Aspect website, including text, images, graphics, and design, is the property of Tamek General Trading and Contracting Company W.L.L. and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials from the site without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aspect, operated by Tamek General Trading and Contracting Company W.L.L., is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website, purchase of products, or consignment activities. While we make every effort to maintain accurate information, we do not guarantee that descriptions, colors, or details are error-free or entirely accurate.

Aspect acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and is not responsible for disputes arising from misrepresentation, non-disclosure, or inaccuracy of product details provided by sellers.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our website, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.

12. Updates to Terms

Tamek General Trading and Contracting Company W.L.L. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase or use of our services will apply to that transaction.
