Each piece at Aspect is carefully curated and individually inspected for quality, condition, and authenticity before being listed.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of pre-loved and vintage luxury handbags, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once a purchase has been completed.
Authenticity Guarantee
Every item on Aspect is carefully curated and undergoes an authenticity check before being listed. We stand behind the pieces we sell. In the unlikely event that an item is found to be inauthentic, we offer a full refund.
Relisting Your Purchase
Changed your mind? While we do not offer returns, you may request to relist your item on Aspect within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- The item must remain in the same condition as received.
- The relist request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must continue to meet Aspect's curation standards.
Once approved, the bag will be returned to Aspect for verification and photography before being listed as a new consignment piece under your name.
Aspect reserves the right to decline a relist request if the item's condition has changed or if it no longer aligns with our curation standards.
