1. Are your bags authentic?

Yes. Every piece listed on Aspect is genuine. We carefully review all submissions before approval, and we also offer third-party authentication upon request through a renowned authentication partner recognized globally for luxury verification.

2. Can I request authentication before purchasing?

Absolutely. If you’d like an additional authentication report before purchasing, our team can facilitate this through our trusted third-party expert. Simply contact us with the item name, and we’ll provide details, fees, and processing time.

3. Do I receive a certificate of authenticity?

Upon request, we can arrange a certificate of authenticity issued by our third-party authentication partner. This certificate verifies the brand, material, and condition of your item and will be included in your order upon completion.

4. What does “pre-loved” mean?

Pre-loved means gently used, authentic designer pieces that have had a previous owner. Each item is inspected, cleaned, and described accurately so you know exactly what to expect.

5. How can I sell my bag?

You can submit your designer bag through our Sell With Us page. Once approved, Aspect will list, photograph, and promote your item within our curated collection. Authentication can also be arranged upon request.

6. Do you ship within Kuwait and the GCC?

Yes. We currently ship across Kuwait and the GCC. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days within Kuwait and 3–7 business days across the GCC.

7. What are the shipping rates?

  • Standard Delivery: KWD 2

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.

8. What is your return policy?

All sales are final, as each item is unique. However, we offer a re-listing option you can re-list the item through Aspect if you change your mind after purchase. Contact us to start the re-listing process.

10. How often do you add new arrivals?

Aspect operates on a curated drop model rather than weekly uploads. New arrivals are released as part of carefully curated collections, so timings may vary. We focus on sourcing the best selection of authentic pre-loved and vintage luxury handbags, which means we only release pieces when they're worth the wait.
